20-Year Industry Veteran Gene Jarvi Brings Experience, Expertise to Trend Tech Support LinesREDMOND, WA—November 1, 2006—Trend Control Systems USA (ttc.trendcontrols.com) today welcomed technical support engineer Gene Jarvi to its customer support telephone lines. He previously was with Trane where he worked on national accounts in management roles. Jarvi will split the call volume with the East Coast tech support call center. “Bringing Gene aboard greatly increases the technical support we offer our Trend Technology Centers and end users,” said Wayne Budbill, Trend’s manager of customer support services. “His experience rounds out the outstanding service and tech support we already offer, over the phone, through email and in the field.” Prior to joining Trend, Jarvi worked at Trane for more than 22 years. While there, he worked in various roles from management, sales, technical, and design to installation, programming and performing on-site system maintenance for Trane customers. Jarvi also installed and serviced HVAC mechanical systems from mid-range rooftops and AHU systems to chiller plants. In his spare time, Jarvi enjoys fishing, hunting and hiking.
