T.E.A.M. and L&H Airco Join Novar Controls as Newest Technology Centers

REDMOND, WA—September 22, 2004—Novar Controls Corporation (http://ntc.novarcontrols.com) today welcomed its two newest Novar Technology Centers: L&H Airco and Texas Energy & Automation Management Solutions (T.E.A.M.). L&H Airco provides service and support to greater San Diego; T.E.A.M. serves Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin and San Antonio. These Novar Technology Centers (NTCs) are the latest additions to America’s largest, most successful dealer-based network of controls contractors. As a vital component of Novar’s Intelligent Building Solutions (IBS) Division, NTCs install thousands of Novar solutions every year in construction and retrofit projects of every size and purpose.

“L&H Airco and T.E.A.M. round out Novar’s west and southwest service offerings,” said Todd Cowles, director of NTC sales. “Novar solutions are a perfect fit for the medium and large facilities that make up a good portion of the development boom in these regions.”

In its 35-year history as one of California’s largest independent temperature control contractors, L&H Airco has installed more than $50 million in controls systems in more than 500 projects. The company’s technical staff includes registered Professional Engineers with over 40 years experience in the HVAC industry. L&H Airco serves San Diego County and surrounding areas.

Since 2001, Texas Energy & Automation Management Solutions (T.E.A.M.) have garnered proven performances for all markets—from new construction to retrofits—all across Texas, including government and commercial office buildings, universities, medical facilities, clean room environments, semi-conductor facilities, churches, and school districts.
