Brier Creek Corporate Center
The brand-new Brier Creek Corporate Center—in North Carolina’s Triangle, the metropolitan area anchored by Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill—sits on a master-planned community of mixed-use development. When complete, the entire corporate park of 10–12 planned buildings will comprise about 2 million square feet of Class A mid-rise office space for retail, commercial and residential projects.
