![]() 3525Known only by its address, 3525 presides as the first high-rise constructed on venerated Turtle Creek Boulevard, just minutes from downtown Dallas. Built in 1957, the building has a colorful history of famous tenants, including Hollywood actresses Dorothy Malone and Greer Garson, sausage mogul Jimmy Dean and members of the Marcus—as in Nieman-Marcus—family. 3525 is renowned architect Harold Meyer’s tallest high-rise and Dallas’s first high-rise condominium conversion. Due to the age of the existing control system, the building’s chief engineer frequently questioned the accuracy of his data because the system didn’t correctly scale the readings and he often had to manually calculate setpoints. 3525’s chief engineer chose Novar Technology Center T.E.A.M. Solutions to install upgraded controls, including new energy management capabilities and a new computer system. View
