Toltec Elementary

Toltec Elementary School sits in the desert halfway between Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona. The school accommodates more than 600 pre-Kindergarten–4th grade students and features two computer labs, two performing arts stages, a fully equipped gymnasium, and a high tech lab.

When Pinal County administrators decided to outfit the elementary school with direct digital controls (DDC) for heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC), they tapped Novar Controls for a solution that went far beyond expectations. Toltec Elementary became an overwhelmingly successful demonstration of how newcomers to intelligent building controls can manage their buildings with ease.
